1. Your Account and Password

• Your platform account is personal. Do not share it with anyone under any circumstance — not even with your trainer or a classmate.
• Choose a strong password that you don't reuse on any other service, and never write it down somewhere visible.
• No Institute staff member will ever ask for your password. Any message or call requesting it is a fraud attempt — report it immediately.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and notify IT support without delay.

2. Acceptable Use of the Platform

• Use the platform and the virtual classroom system (Zoom) for legitimate training purposes only.
• Do not attempt to access other trainees' or trainers' data, or test/exploit or disrupt the platform in any way.
• Do not impersonate anyone else, and do not let anyone else log in using your identity.
• Report immediately any attempted cheating, impersonation, or unauthorized access you notice.

3. Content and Virtual Classrooms

• Recording virtual sessions by private means (e.g., screen recording) or republishing any platform content is not permitted without formal authorization.
• Training content is protected by intellectual property rights; use it for your own training purposes only.
• Do not share trainee data or assessment results outside official Institute channels (this applies especially to trainers).

4. Assessment Integrity

• Cheating or attempting to access unauthorized answers or question banks is a serious disciplinary violation.
• Exam questions or answers may not be shared with other trainees before the exam window closes for everyone.
• Recorded grades may only be changed through a documented, formally approved academic process.

5. Your Personal Data and Rights

The Institute complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and collects only the minimum data necessary for training or regulatory purposes. You have the following rights:

• The right to know the purpose for which your data is collected.
• The right to access your data and obtain a copy of it.
• The right to correct any inaccurate data.
• The right to request deletion of your data once it is no longer needed (unless a legal obligation requires retention).

6. Phishing Protection

• Verify the sender's identity before opening any link or attachment, especially messages that urgently request your login details.
• Never enter your login credentials on a page you reached through a link in an email.
• Report any suspicious message immediately; you will not face any consequence for a good-faith report, even if it turns out to be harmless.

7. Violations

Breach of this policy is a violation subject to accountability under the Institute's approved disciplinary regulations, and depending on severity may result in loss of platform access or dismissal from the training program.
