Training Institute Regulations

First: Institute Regulations:

1. Valid registration requires electronic tax invoice
2. Exam absence requires valid excuse
3. Institute may dismiss for misconduct
4. Institute covers fees first time only
5. Trainee must comply with all regulations

Second: General Organization Rules:

1. Development Courses: Certificate without exam

2. Qualifying Courses:

• Max absence: 25%
• Min passing: 60%
• Max attempts: 5

3. Programs & Diplomas:

• Warning at 10% absence
• Exam ban at 25%
• Max duration: Double basic period
• Required GPA: 2/5

Third: Refund Policy:

• Full refund (minus 300/1000 SAR) 5+ days before
• No refund if 4 days or less
• Transfer/Postpone: Once before start

Fourth: Electronic Attendance:

• Electronic = Physical attendance
• Minimum: 75%
• Tracked via LMS
